Achievement is what?
In the Ofsted handbook, achievement is defined as follows.
“The measure of learner success for [work-based learning] providers will be a single measure: completion rates. [These are] the number of learners who achieve a framework or an NVQ divided by the number of learners who leave their programme of learning in a given period.”
(LSC Quality Improvement Strategy 2003-2006 Annex 1 point 6)
Could u understand what’s achievement mean above? Never mine,is ok…
In Allegra.L’s opinion..
Achievement mean something based on work or learned.. that you can do it & success in the past.. for learner (person who learn.. students,colleague.. even adult)..
WHY?
## For your achievement,you should be happy bout it.. Bcoz,not everybody can achieve something like you.. that’s called real HAPPINESS of your achievement…you show yourself.. not the mask behind..
## I’m sure,you have your achievement… To all my frenz,dun think urself CAN’T! but replace with the word… I CAN! .. juz refresh your memory,think.. in 2008,do u have anyting u edi achieved? Aldo seem a small event,but is important to motivate urself!

In the year of 2008,Allegra.L not reli being good luck much..i learn,not to be fear of bad lucks! and overcome many phobia & fear! but duno y.. so far.. I been achieved many achievements.. which hardly find in youngster nowadays..Especially me,18 & half years old.. still young? u might disagree!
Finally i wana say… Hapi holidayz & New Year 2 all my frenz… is my turn 2 have holidayz! Em.. duno y,since my old pic release out as primary pic since two months ago.. Many strangers added me compare last time.. Should I stay d pic or change to better1? My hair change,so the pic oso muz change! My god..So,it become around 1520+ frenz.. Seem,I dun believe it.. but is fact.. comments more den 3000+.. I been survey,they like my profile,style,of who I’m,active.. n others.. 4 d reasons to add me.. Appreciate.. 4 those juz new,dis is my blog.. Dis month,will be about achievement… short but meaningful!
